【摘要】:Thisstandardshallproviderequirementsfortheprotectionofproperty,operators,performers,supportpersonnel,andtheviewingaudienceswhereflameeffectsareusedindoorsoroutdoors.Thepurposeofthisstandardshallbetoprovideminimumrequirementstotheoperatorsandmanufacturersforthesafeoperationofflameeffects.1.1.1*Thisstandardshallapplytoflameeffectsforentertainment,exhibition,demonstration,orsimulationbeforeanaudience,includingtheirdesign,fabrication,installation,testing,control,operation,andmaintenance.1.1.2Thisstandardshallapplytothefollowing:(1)Useofindoorandoutdoorflameeffectsbeforeanaudience(see1.4.8,FlameEffect)(2)Design,fabrication,installation,testing,control,operation,andmaintenanceofequipment,materials,procedures,andsystemsusedtoproduceflameeffects(3)Rehearsal,videotaping,audiotaping,orfilmingofanytelevision,radio,ormovieproductionifsuchproductionisbeforeanaudienceandincludestheuseofflameeffects(4)Rehearsalofanyproductionincorporatingflameeffectsbeforeanaudience.1.1.3Thisstandardshallnotapplytothefollowing:(1)Flameeffectsproducedsolelybypyrotechnicspecialeffectsdevices(2)*Useofpyrotechnicspecialeffects(3)*Storageofflammablesolids,liquids,andgases(4)Manufacture,off-sitestorage,andtransportationofmaterialsandequipmentusedtoproduceflameeffects(5)UseofflameeffectsinfiretrainingException:Wherethereisanaudiencethatisnotpartofthetraining,thisstandardshallapply.(6)*Manufacture,transportation,storage,sale,oruseofmodelorhigh-powerrocketmotors(7)Traditionalnontheatricalpublicdisplayofflamessuchasthefollowing:a.Useoflightedcandlesinrestaurantsorreligiousservicesb.Fireplacesinareasopentothepublicc.Restaurantcookingvisibletothepatronsd.ListedGroupIIflameeffects(8)Useofconsumerfireworksbythepublic(9)Useofmotorvehiclesinracesorsanctionedcompetitivesportingevents.
