【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusefulinevaluatingandcharacterizingtarandpitch.Itisalsousefulasoneelementinestablishingtheuniformityofshipmentsandsourcesofsupply.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthequinoline-insolublematter(QI)intarandpitchusingastainlesssteelfilteringcrucibleandafiltrationmembrane.1.2Thistestmethodwasevaluatedinroundrobintestingusingmaterialsintherangeofzerototwentyquinolineinsolubleweightpercent(wt%).1.3Sincethistestmethodisempirical,strictadherencetoalldetailsoftheprocedureisnecessary.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
