【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61850specifiesamethodofexchangingtime-criticalandnon-time-criticaldatathroughlocal-areanetworksbymappingACSItoMMSandISO/IEC8802-3frames.MMSservicesandprotocolarespecifiedtooperateoverfullOSIandTCPcompliantcommunicationsprofiles.TheuseofMMSallowsprovisionsforsupportingbothcentralizedanddistributedarchitectures.Thisstandardincludestheexchangeofreal-timedataindications,controloperations,reportnotification.ThispartofIEC61850specifiesthemappingoftheobjectsandservicesoftheACSI(AbstractCommunicationServiceInterface,IEC61850-7-2)toMMS(ManufacturingMessageSpecification,ISO9506)andISO/IEC8802-3frames.Thisstandardalsospecifiesthemappingoftime-criticalinformationexchangestonon-MMSprotocol.TheprotocolsemanticsaredefinedinIEC61850-7-2.Thisstandardcontainstheprotocolsyntax,definition,mappingtoISO/IEC8802-3frameformats,andanyrelevantproceduresspecifictotheuseofISO/IEC8802-3.ThismappingofACSItoMMSdefineshowtheconcepts,objects,andservicesoftheACSIaretobeimplementedusingMMSconcepts,objects,andservices.Thismappingallowsinteroperabilityacrossfunctionsimplementedbydifferentmanufacturers.ThispartofthestandarddefinesastandardizedmethodofusingtheISO9506servicestoimplementtheexchangeofdata.ForthoseACSIservices,definedinIEC61850-7-2thatarenotmappedtoMMS,thispartdefinesadditionalprotocols.Thisstandarddescribesrealsubstationdeviceswithrespecttotheirexternalvisibledataandbehaviourusinganobjectorientedapproach.Theobjectsareabstractinnatureandmaybeusedtoawidevarietyofapplications.Theuseofthismappinggoesfarbeyondtheapplicationinthesubstationcommunications.ThispartofIEC61850providesmappingsfortheservicesandobjectsspecifiedwithinIEC61850-7-2,IEC61850-7-3,andIEC61850-7-4.
